What leads qualify for a credit?

If we send you a lead that has a disconnected phone number, or fake contact information, we will verify this is correct and give you a credit with no questions asked.

If we send you a lead and the person does not own the home and has no permission to do the work from the owner, we will verify this is correct and give you a credit with no questions asked.

If we send you a lead for a service you did not ask for or a zip code that is not in your account, we will give you a credit with no questions asked. However, if you selected the zip code or service by mistake and we send you a lead, we may not give you a credit as it is your responsibility to manage your services and service areas.

If you get a lead and are unable to reach the homeowner and have made multiple attempts to do so, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. If your account has a low history of credit requests, we will likely give you a credit. If your account has a high percentage of credit requests, we may decline it.

Here's how you can request a credit:

We know that every now and then a "bad lead" will slip through the cracks. And unlike other lead-gen services, we make it super easy for you to request a credit. All you have to do is log in to your account, find the lead, and click "request credit," select the reason for the credit, and give a short description of the issue.

Your credit request will be "pending" until we review it. Once we review it we will either grant or decline your credit request along with an explanation. That notice will be emailed you and it will also change your lead status. This way there is never any confusion about your credits.

Here's how a credit is applied to your account (in plain english):

If we grant your credit request then the value of that lead will be deducted from your current open invoice. However, if the lead you are requesting a credit for was on an invoice that was already paid, then the credit will be applied to the next open invoice.

We do not issue credits in the form of a refund to your card. This is simply because there are too many billing issues with credit card companies and the fees they charge us to process payments. Issuing a refund for every credit is just not plausible.
