While much of your business depends on referrals and the quality of your work, more often than not, a potential client is going to look up your information, be it on your website, social media pages or CraftJack profile. When they do, the very first thing they will look for are reviews.

They want to know what other homeowners are saying about your work. They want to see and hear what it’s like to work with you on a home remodeling project. Fortunately, CraftJack has a feature that lets all service professionals immediately request reviews from past leads in the CraftJack Lead Manager.

While many of you are not signed up with CraftJack just yet, we wanted to share a preview of how easy it is to gather reviews and help turn your contracting leads into contracting jobs.

1. Head to Leads Page

With your custom CraftJack login, you will be able to view all leads coming in. We house these on a “Leads Page.” Once you find a lead you want a review for, click on that lead.

2. Request A Review 

Looking at one individual lead, you can request a review from that homeowner using our very simple technology. On this page, you will see a section called “Review.” Under it, there is a blue hyperlink that says, “Request a review.”

Even better is the fact that you can request a review from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

3. Confirm Review Request 

You are then taken to the message that will be sent to the homeowner asking them to leave a review. The message reads:

“Dear Homeowner,

It was a pleasure doing business with you. It would be great if you could review my working using the link – review contractor work. This review will take no longer than two minutes of your time.

Thanks,[Your Name]”

If the homeowner complies, the review would then be published on your CraftJack profile. To see it all in action, please watch Noah’s quick video below.
