We are excited to announce some major changes to the CraftJack Lead Manager. These changes will provide you with more tools to win jobs and track your results as well as earn more discounts through CraftJack.
New Lead Manager Dashboard
The new dashboard on the CraftJack Lead Manager is designed to give you a better overview of your account. In the new dashboard you will see:
- Your last payment amount and your current balance due.
- An overview of new leads you have not yet called.
- Upcoming scheduled estimates.
- On overview of your last 30 days (leads, spend, average quote, average job).
- Recent reviews received from homeowners.
- Recent marketing tips from our blog.
- Recommendations on updating your profile.
New lead detail page showing discounts
Now you can clearly see how many other contractors you are competing with on every lead as well as the speed-to-call discount you received on that lead (if you called within 30 minutes).
Weekly account performance emails.
You currently receive a weekly email showing you the performance of your previous week’s leads. You should see how many times you called each lead, how fast you called, and other important information. You’ll also be able to see how this compares to other contractors in our system.
An easier way to get homeowner reviews and improve your profile
Now it’s even easier to get a homeowner to leave a review on your profile. All you have to do is change the status of a lead to “job won” and we will automatically email the homeowner and ask them to leave a review.
A better credit request process
We improved our credit request process to be more transparent. Now you will receive an email every time we grant or decline a credit as well as an explanation of the reason it was granted.
Get notified of new leads by phone call!
Now you have the option to receive a notification of a new lead via phone call! When you get a new lead our system will call you and tell you the homeowner’s first name and project type and give you the opportunity to connect directly to the customer. You can add this option in your account settings.

The CraftJack Lead Manager is now mobile and tablet friendly, making it easier for you to use your account on the go.
Automatic status changes when leads are called
From now on, when you call a lead we will automatically adjust the leads status based on the length of your call. This way, only uncalled leads will have a “new” status, making it easier for you to prioritize lead follow-up.
